ARMA Dallas Chapter 
Business Partner program

The ARMA Dallas Chapter offers your company a several ways to advertise your business with
our members and to support the good work that our chapter does to advance the cause of
Records and Information Management in the Metroplex.
This year the chapter will be offering various opportunities for you to reach out to our
members and show your support for ARMA Dallas.

Program Options:

This year we are going to change the Sponsors participation in our monthly lunch program.
Each month there we will be 2 Sponsors. For the month there will be 1
PRIMARY Sponsor, and all others will be SECONDARY sponsors. All sponsors will have at least one opportunity to be the PRIMARY Sponsor.

The PRIMARY Sponsor will have the opportunity to:

• Make a short 5 minute introduction of their company before lunch begins during the announcements

• Give away any promotional materials they would like … brochures, business cards,pens, etc.

• Draw, Present, and be the named Sponsor for 1 Gift Card given away as a door prize.

The SECONDARY Sponsor(s) will:

• -Draw, Present, and be the named Sponsor for 1 Gift Card given away as a door prize.

Platinum Level: $2,500

• Presentation at one of the monthly meetings (topic to be approved by the board – scheduled for March)

• Premier expo table at the Annual Seminar

• 10 minute presentation at the Annual Seminar before lunch

• Opportunity to introduce your company before some lunch meetings during the chapter year.

• Listed as Sponsor during December Cocktail Reception.

• Listed as a sponsor on the Dallas chapter website and newsletter.

Gold Level: $1,500

• Premier expo table at the Annual Seminar

• 10 minute presentation at the Annual Seminar before lunch

• Opportunity to introduce your company before some lunch meetings during the chapter year.

• Listed as Sponsor during December Cocktail Reception.

• Listed as a sponsor on the Dallas chapter website and newsletter.

Silver Level: $500

• Expo table at the Annual Seminar

• Opportunity to introduce your company before some lunch meetings during the chapter year.

• Listed as a sponsor on the Dallas chapter website and newsletter.

Bronze Level: $250

• Opportunity to introduce your company before some lunch meetings during the chapter year.

• Listed as a sponsor on the Dallas chapter website and newsletter.
