Business Partner program

The ARMA Dallas Chapter offers your company several ways to advertise your business with our members and to support the good work that our chapter does to advance the cause of Records and Information Management in the Metroplex.
This year the chapter will be offering various opportunities for you to reach out to our members and show your support for ARMA Dallas.
Program Details
Similar to previous years, Sponsors will participate in our monthly lunch program. Each month there we will be 2 or 3 Sponsors (depending upon the total number of sponsors for the year). All Sponsors will get an opportunity to be acknowledged and participate during the year. For each monthly meeting there will be 1 PRIMARY Sponsor, and all others will be SECONDARY sponsors. All sponsors will have at least one opportunity to be the PRIMARY Sponsor during the year.
The PRIMARY Sponsor will have the opportunity to:

Make a 3-5 minute introduction of their company during the announcement portion of the meeting.

Give away any promotional materials … brochures, business cards, swag, etc.

Draw, Present, and be the named Sponsor for 1 Gift Card given away as a door prize.
The SECONDARY Sponsor(s)* will:

Draw, Present, and be the named Sponsor for 1 Gift Card given away as a door prize.
*Typically, two gift cards in total per meeting will be given away as door prizes.

Vendor Advertising and Corporate Sponsorship Options:
- Platinum $2500 (Only One Per Year)
- Presentation at the February monthly meetings (topic to be approved by the Board).
- Premier expo table at ARMA Dallas fall and spring seminars.
- Sponsorship signage displayed at the ARMA Dallas fall and spring seminar beverage station and lunch buffet table.
- Opportunity to supply vendor logo’d lanyards for the fall and spring ARMA Dallas seminars.
- Vendor sponsorship included in seminar marketing.
- 10 minute presentation at the fall and spring ARMA Dallas seminars.
- Opportunity to introduce your company at some lunch meetings during the chapter year.
- Listed as a Sponsor during the December Holiday Party.
- Twice during the year, your company will be spotlighted in the email sent out announcing the monthly chapter meeting.
- Listed as a Sponsor on the Dallas chapter website.
- Gold $1500
- Premier expo table at ARMA Dallas fall and spring seminars.
- Sponsorship signage displayed at the seminar snack table at the fall and spring seminars.
- Vendor sponsorship included in seminar marketing.
- 10 minute presentation at the fall and spring ARMA Dallas seminars.
- Opportunity to introduce your company at some lunch meetings during the chapter year.
- Listed as Sponsor during the December Holiday Party.
- Twice during the year, your company will be spotlighted in the email sent out announcing the monthly chapter meeting.
- Listed as a Sponsor on the Dallas chapter website.
- Silver $500
- Expo table at ARMA Dallas fall and spring seminars.
- Opportunity to introduce your company at some lunch meetings during the chapter year.
- Once during the year, your company will be spotlighted in the email sent out announcing the monthly chapter meeting.
- Listed as a Sponsor on the Dallas chapter website.
Business Partner Program Disclaimers:
- Your company must have at least one person who is a member of ARMA International and a member of the Dallas Chapter.

- You must pay in advance of the event or posting.
- You must supply your company artwork (logo) as well as your company’s profile information (for inclusion on the Dallas ARMA website) separate from this agreement.
